Brayden Hayes is an admiral in the Navy. Hayes was presented the rank of High Admiral during the Third Galactic War, when the Coalition Senate enacted the emergency policy ICSS1829. Hayes also has a very close relationship with Independent Coalition of Systems President Adrianna Owen.
