Benwick Chell was a male Hapan and Vonce's co-pilot. A soldier of the Hapan Royal Navy at the time of the Yuuzhan Vong War, he was a dissenter who disliked Tenel Ka's involvement in the war. He therefore joined the Peace Brigade.
