The Last Decision is a cutscene in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. This cutscene will play when Jill attempts to exit from the Generator Room. The choices on the live selection are: "Exterminate the monster" and "Ignore it and evacuate". If the time is out, then Nemesis will make last attack on Jill, spitting the poisonous liquid and will die after that.
