Kerr is a main character in The Assassin of Darkness and is the leader of a powerful group of assassins known as, The Living Shadows that operate in Mandrafall. He is responsible for the murder of Connor Kramer's wife, Nora and their daughter, Talia, but has shown deep regret in doing so. It is revealed by the end of Season Four, that Kerr has partly redeemed himself and alligns himself in Connor's fight against Carver Hayes. Kerr was killed during an attack on Silas's stronghold after he sacrifices his life in order to save Connor.
