House von Faust is a dynasty of Old Niedisch nobility, founded by Hector von Faust in the late Age of Orcs. Though prosperous, the family was known for their hereditary mana allergy and mental illness. A paranoiac, Hector von Faust acquired the land for his family estate in a highly defensible forest cradled in the base of the Nemean Alps; around which would eventually grow the settlement of Wraltenberg. Today, House von Faust survives in its youngest descendant, Avender von Faust.
