Jaccor is a slave in Althier, a young sea otter. Vilaya's Ravagers captured him from one of the seaholts on the far northern coast. He was born with one eye blind, his left eye. Jaccor wears a brown and gray tunic, a gray plaid kilt and a sturdy pair of sandals. He has dark brown fur, a pale green eye and a lean build. His preferred weapon is the slave chain he wears on his right paw as a flail, but he can also use a longbow and arrows. Like his friends Ambrevina Rockflash and Flandor Streamdiver, he awaits the High Rhulain's coming.
