Julian Knight was a taken over when Paul Hankin died he also was the person who killed two of the Rivers in 1987 he killed Emma Smith the First River and also took down Claire Barnett the Fifth River He had the Domes Jewel which gave him power to not die it was only when Claire Barnett manage to take it off him and died trying. That Emma Smith was able to fight him and weaken him so he could be finished off. She was then caught off guard and shot twice the second shot killed her.
