Slimbad Fortuna, known in later years as Darth Ruzan, was a Twi'lek from Ryloth who fell to the Dark Side after meeting the then Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Kullic. Fortuna was eager to become a Sith Lord and trained hard with Kullic for the next six years of his life. Eventually he passed the Sith Trials and was anointed as Darth Ruzan. Many years later, he challenged Kullic but was defeated and mercilessly killed by his master.
