A discount henchman with a Scottish terrier perched on his shoulder. He was recruited by Lady Armageddon and Lady Diamondback for a plan, but grew skittish when the plot turned out to involve killing dogs as well. Claiming he'd be useless without his pup, he bowed out and ratted on the plan to the heroes. Little did he know, this was part of Lady Diamondback's plan to throw the heroes off her trail.[1]
