"Muggle-lover" is a disparaging term for a wizard or witch who holds no prejudice against Muggles or Muggle-borns. The more commonly-used term for such an individual is "blood traitor". Such terms are used by elitist pure-bloods who believe that Muggles are greatly inferior to themselves and somehow dirty.
