The Floo Regulation Panel is a committee that is possibly within or a predecessor to the Floo Network Authority in charge of connecting fireplaces to the Floo Network and maintaining those connections. It was this panel that was responsible for the afternoon-long connection of the fireplace at 4 Privet Drive on 24 August, 1994. and of some fireplaces at Hogwarts on 5 January, 1997.
