Krom was a male Klingon born and raised in the Kenta District of the city of Krennla on Qo'noS in the 24th century. As a youth, Krom was close friends with G'joth and Klaad, and when G'joth left to join the Klingon Defense Force circa 2366, he asked Krom to join with him. Krom declined and stayed in Krennla, later siring a son named Gurlk. (KE novel: A Burning House)
