Spacers is a slang term for those who made their living traversing the 'continuum usually describing civilians, ranging from traders, to smugglers, merceneries, to spacecraft pilots or bounty hunters. Other slang for spacers included, Rock-Hopper or Rock-Jumper. Many people made their fortunes in space, mostly from smuggling, trading and bouty hunting, such as legendary smuggler Lu Weng.
