The tutakan was an eight-legged lizard bioengineered by the Yuuzhan Vong. Its huge tusks curled up past its eyes and curled in to its head, appearing as if they were eyebrows. They were used by the Red Knights of Life, those fanatic followers of the "Rhommamoolian tyrant" Nom Anor, secretly a Yuuzhan Vong agent and executor.
