Chic is a tailor in Port Puerto and a designer famous for the "Chic Threads" label. He was taught by Madam Purl and lives in her house in Port Puerto with Baste, her parrot. He seems to have a crush on Zippy, who returns his feelings. Taylor will want to set them up and ask for your help, but this is not an actual quest.
