Toby Morton was a staff writer and occasional voice actor on South Park from 2001-2003. He portrayed Scott Tenorman in the episode "Scott Tenorman Must Die", Mr. Frank Fun in "Cartmanland", and Ike Broflovski in "Super Best Friends". Toby's last guest voice appearance was in "Lil' Crime Stoppers". Since leaving the show he came back as a consultant for "Die Hippie, Die" and "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina".
