The unnamed Doctor attended to Erica Holroyd when she was rushed into Weatherfield General early in her pregnancy with a miscarriage. Erica had lost the baby on her fiftieth birthday and she asked if her loss was due to her age but was told that it was "just one of those things". She told her that she should stay in overnight until her blood pressure came down.
