Atlas Aircraft Corporation of South Africa aka Atlas Aviation is a South African aircraft manufacturer formed in 1956 and is still around today, however it was absorbed by Denel Aviation in 1992. They built the Bosbok light observation aircraft, Cheetah fighter, Impala trainer/light attack, Kudu light utility, Rooivalk attack helicopter, Oryx utility helicopter and the XH-1 Alpha prototype utility helicopter.
