A nation's Prisons are controlled by an uncancellable policy that dictates how much funding goes towards prison construction and maintenance, rehabilitation programs, and training and equipment for prison guards. Giving prisons as much funding as possible is a universally good idea; the higher the funding, the less Crime will occur, the happier the Conservatives, Liberals, and State Employees will be, and the more people will become state employees, which reduces Unemployment, and thus cutting your Unemployment Benefit costs.
