This creature only appeared in the "Pilot" episode of Planet Sheen that Sheen was offered to have as a snack in the Palace of Pain. Sheen, stating that he likes to try new food, then realizes that the food had an actual species in it. He then threw it into Bobb's mouth without noticing and Bobb, who was allergic to Bleens, had a swollen face. The Bleen was then knocked out of Bobb's mouth and into another Zeenuian's mouth.
