The Penguin Snow Bloon is a reference bloon, and the boss of the Snowstorm CS mission (another reference to user penguin40!). It has a whopping 19500 HP (combining the HP of all parts), and spawns two Snow Bloons. It is a multi-part bloon (yes, it has several different PARTS!), and thus has several parts. It moves at the speed of a Blue Bloon.
