The P.I.P.E.R. is a portable phone constructed from pipes with antennae, and is a common way of communication between operatives. In Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M., it was used by Numbuh 1 to talk with Numbuh 2 about the status of the mission. A "real" version was used as a prop in Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S..
