Blacksmithing is a crafting system in Ragnarok Online II that allows players to forge weapons and armor. Only Blacksmith players are able to forge items. In RO2, Blacksmithing has no success rates, allowing players to freely smith without worry of wasting their ingredients for nothing. Similarly to Ragnarok Online's Blacksmithing, Blacksmith players in RO2 simply need to learn a recipe and that recipe will automatically get added to their crafting window for future brewing. Blacksmithing is required to level up a Blacksmith's job level and each recipe rewards different amounts of EXP. Generally the higher level the recipe, the more EXP is given.
