Dorik III is located a couple hundred lightyears away from Ter Benix Empire. Kracor first landed there in 21 ABY to escape Menglis and isolate himself there. While there, he met a force user by the name of Turgentis, who helped him develop some of his telekinetic powers. Kracor left the planet after one year of residence. After Kracor became a Sith Lord, he returned to Dorik III to set up a base for future operations. A small factory was built, and five ships (a Corellian freighter and four TIE Interceptors) were stationed there to be dormant until his return years later.
