Eugene Malik was a neurally resocialized firebat under the command of Confederate Marine Corps 33rd Ground Assault Division Captain Angelina Emillian. He took part in the battle of Turanga Canyon against the Kel-Morian Combine. At the start of the battle, the unit's transport was shot down, injuring numerous soldiers including Emillian. Command of the unit fell to Lieutenant Arcturus Mengsk.
