Spyro can run at a speed slightly above average, and jump quite high in the air, albeit only twice. Like Peach, Spyro can hover in the air if the jump button is held down, and freely move horizontally. Unlike Peach, Spyro gradually loses altitude as he hovers, but he can hold the hover indefinitely and resume the hover at any point. Spyro can also swap his Elemental attacks with his Down Special.
