USS Auriga (NCC-1241) was a Coventry-class frigate on active duty in the 23rd century. She was commissioned in January, 2253. Auriga was commanded by Captain Kenji in the 2260s. In 2269, Auriga battled a Romulan vessel near a black hole. In October, 2287, Auriga was attacked by Romulans and over half the crew was killed. There were 117 survivors.
