In order to enter and disrupt Blackwatch's operations, Heller must hunt down special targets and consume them to learn their login credentials. After successfully signing on with these credentials, he can proceed to sabotage the operation. Successfully sabotaging all missions in one Operation will reward a mutation, making Heller more powerful. There are total of twelve dossiers, each with 1-3 missions.
