The Crimson Slim are a set of unlockable wheels in Mario Kart 8. Like all wheels (besides Gold Standard), they are unlocked randomly when you get a certain amount of Coins. A sequel to Slim wheels, Crimson Slim has the same thinness of the original and retains the yellow axel. Like all other tires, the Mario Kart logo is printed on the outer edge. The only real difference is that they are a deep shade of red.
