Declan is concerned that the council need his festival application before their deadline and the permission is dependent on an access road across the Bartons' land. Katie worries about Declan's timing as it's too soon after the accident, but they both head to the farm. Adam seethes as Declan explains that he just needs an agreement in principle, and Katie realises they should go when the mood becomes heated.
