Pac-Man World 20th Anniversary is a video game developed by Namco and it is the first 3D Pac-Man platformer. Pac-Man's friends are celebrating his 20th birthday, but an imposter named Toc-Man sent out his ghost minions to capture Pac-Man, but instead they capture members of the Pac family (They could not tell them apart). Pac-Man then heard about this, and set off to find his friends on Ghost Island. At the end, it is revealed that Toc-Man was actully created by a ghost named Orson.
