"One Little Star" is an original song written for Follow That Bird. On Big Bird's first night alone after having left the Dodos' house in an attempt to return to Sesame Street, he finds himself trying to fall asleep in a barn loft and wishing that Olivia was there to sing him a lullaby. Instead, he begins to sing "One Little Star" to himself.
