Start of Something New (Reprise) is a song from High School Musical. After Chad Danforth, Jason Cross and Zeke Baylor reveal to Troy Bolton how they tried to break him and Gabriella Montez up, Troy goes over to Gabriella's house and sings the first verse of the original song Start of Something New to Gabriella on her balcony. Gabriella then realizes that Troy does care about her a lot. She apologizes for leaving him and she agrees to do the callbacks with him after he reminds her that it's a pair's audition.
