Charles Rolfe was an voice actor who worked for Central Park Media. He is best known for voicing Rezo the Red Priest in the first ten episodes of Slayers. After this, Charles left the series for unknown reasons, and he was replaced by Peter Davis, who did the voice of Copy Rezo. Charles is also well known for doing the first English voice of A'sharda Kagewaki in the English dub of Ranma 1/2. After season 2, however, he left the series and didn't act in another anime or any kind of other show since. Since season 3, A'sharda has been voiced by David Kaye.
