The Tailor's Shop is a clothing store run by Yuri in Harvest Moon 3DS: A New Beginning . To make new clothes, you must have the necessary materials in your rucksack before visiting the Tailor's. Crafting the Tailor's Shop is necessary for Town Restoration #5, but the blueprints for Yuri's shop are available after beginning Town Restoration #3. Yuri's store is open from Tuesday until Thursday from 10am until 6pm.
