Cheery Realty is a constructable “design your own” type building in FarmVille. It was originally released on November 28th, 2012 and work on same principles like Dream House and Halloween Dream House. It can only be placed and built on Mistletoe Lane (farm). When you’re done with the Cheery Cottage, you will unlock the Gingerbread House. Once you’re done with the Gingerbread House, you will unlock the Cheery Cottage.
