Winter Parties were a part of Winter holiday in 2010. They were special parties hosted by the Toon Troop. They include special decorations, and decorated party activities. They feature a seasonal twist on party favorites like dustings of candy, snow, ribbons, lights on the inflatable cogs, bandstands, and trampolines.
