The Department of Internal Security keeps the EPC's agents in line and protects EPC HQ from outside threats; like the prime DIS, their responsibilities are a combination of those handled by the Department of Internal Affairs, Department of External Security, and, presumably, the Department of Internal Operations. As the mirror DAVD handles discipline, it's possible that they may be a division or branch of the mirror DIS. It is headed by the Tiger Lily. In 2008, it was discovered that the whole of Tinco Division was secretly working against the Sunflower Emperor, and they were driven out of the EPC, many of them apparently escaping to the prime multiverse. It is unknown what has happened to the rest of the mirror DIS as of this point.
