In North Station Plaza, the phone in the phone booth rings and if Lightning answers she starts "The Girl Who Cried Wolf" quest. As part of the "Voices from the Grave" quest, Lightning must find the ghost of Carla near the central statue after midnight. After completing the Main Quest 1-5, Noel can be spotted walking from North Station toward the city by crossing the ticket barrier between 9 PM and 12 AM.
