The Beckoning Finger Tavern is a tavern in Port Blacksand's Noose District in the heart of the Noose itself. As such, no-one in their right mind would venture here without a private army or with a Master Thief. It is a good quality alehouse but it is where the cream of the Thieves' Guild meet.
