Alicia Penelope Diana Rookwood was a human Imperial Starfleet Officer who was chief science officer and second in command of Tactical Services for Imperial Federation warship NXT Enterprise-D. She was also one of the principal figures in the unification between the Imperial Federation and the Bajorian-Cardassian Alliance.
