Teprimal was an New Republic captain and starfighter instructor about the Nebulon-B Frigate Tedevium. He worked with Colonel Atton Repness, and was a conspirator in the colonel's black-market scheme. Lara Notsil recorded a conversation between Repness and Teprimal about the theft and subsequent sale of an A-wing starfighter. Notsil exposed Teprimal along with Repness when she secretly passed the information along to Director of New Republic Intelligence Airen Cracken.
