The leader's minions are in unrest, and they plan to Coup D'tet their prefect. This basically means small cars teaming up to waste bigger ones. While some cars will still go on racing, the others try and take down their target car. Once done (if sucessful), they will go for the racer, then fight among themselves. Beware as most small cars will actually get wasted in the process.
