Ice Stormers were the antagonists of the episode "Game of Grumpy". They were a nuisance to the kingdom of Grumpylvania with their very loud rock music. They are also a part of a plot to take over the kingdom, led by King Groucharooney's soon-to-be bride Ginorma.
