Residing within Tyr's Hand cathedral this undead Crusader still sought to keep control of Tyr's Hand and fought a vicious war with the Argent Crusade and Argent Dawn as well as every other faction that stood against his own. Seeing undeath as a mere "setback" the fanatical Valdelmar is finally put to an end via the player-characters, who are tasked with slaying the Crusader and ending his mad reign once and for all.
