Hypest 1 (also known as the Super Smash Flash Subreddit Tournament or Yound 2) was the first tournament in the Hypest Tournament Series. The tournament was hosted by SmashCapps and held on October 18th, 2014. with 40 entrants, it held the record as the largest online Super Smash Flash 2 tournament of all time until Smash Island XIII beat it eight months later.
