T'surr was a planet located within a star system of the same name in the Nuon e Safyd sector of the Expansion Region of the galaxy. It was in a distant orbit around a weak star, from which it received little light. It was a cool, windy world with high gravity and was the homeworld of a sentient species of the same name.
