The Race::1999 Food World 300 was an ARCA Bondo/Mar-Hyde Series event held at Track::Talladega Superspeedway on October 16, 1999. Bob Strait grabbed the only win of his twelve-race 1999 ARCA schedule, keeping Frank Kimmel at bay when the race was forced to end under caution. Bill Baird clinched the championship merely by starting the race and was running well when a late-race crash left him in 18th.
