The raffle returned on 29 August until and including 2 October 2017. Balthazar will remain in-game until 9 October 2017. Collect one ticket each day from Balthazar by the Burthorpe lodestone. You can also pick up one extra ticket by completing a daily challenge or hunting down Gilly Willikers the clown as he capers around the Misthalin and Asgarnia lodestones. If you're not a winner: you'll still get your hands on a small prismatic star – one for each unsuccessful ticket. You'll also receive a piece of Gilly's clown outfit for every five tickets you use.
