Years ago, Chester Ong and his brother Douglas attempted to find a cure for cancer using cuttlefish DNA. However, an accident occurred which left both brothers horribly mutated turning Chester into a man-sized whale. At some point, he had a daughter named Sirena who appears to have inherited some of his mutations.
